Recommendation: the Bachelor-themed episode of Game Changer on Dropout! It’s 100% silly and only 1 episode long, but also the most inclusive and respectful dating show I’ve ever seen.
I came in to suggest the same thing! It is actually a 2-parter, but a fantastic way to handle the dating show concept and a much more palatable watch than the shows it's based on.
Dropout is a streaming platform created by the former College Humor folks. They used to do scripted stuff, but once College Humor got sold off, they went forward and focused on unscripted, low-cost shows instead. One of their most popular is Game Changer, which is a game show, loosely based off of British panel shows, with the conceit that the game changes every time (usually, sometimes they repeat the game).
It's truly one of the most wonderful shows on the internet right now, really funny, heartwarming stuff. In the most recent season, which mostly just finished airing, they had a 2-part Bachelor episode based around one of their members who they like to tease constantly and is notably bi, and they tweak the format to speed run through the whole thing in a really heartwarming way.
You will have to subscribe to it, but all their content is well worth the cost. They do put some stuff on YouTube after a while, but I highly recommend supporting them, they're just a little indie group of comedians making some of the most unique content on the internet currently, and have only in recent years become truly self-sustainable and popular.
There is one of these purportedly bisexual dating shows on amazon uk, I enjoyed it, wasn’t as brash as the usual reality dating shows over here, but of the parts I watched it had all the usual issues of bi being a holding bay sort of identity, sometimes seeming to be a half-way house for anyone who was confused about their sexual identity, I noticed the guys who said they were bi usually ended up with other guys and the people who said they were open to all genders seemed in reality not to be so keen on trans people and the usual issue with bi-men being less accepted than bi-women. All in all I wasn’t convinced that many of the participants were actually truly bi, more loosely non-hetro and on journeys of curiosity and self-discovery.

Thank you for explaining, as someone who once played beer pong in the College Humor office I am embarrassed that I didn't know this
