I'm aromantic myself and agree that romantic attraction is just as confusing from this side of things. As someone who doesn't very often experience sexual attraction to other women, but does experience aesthetic and sensual attraction to them, it's left me in an interesting place sometimes. I often describe myself as queer-adjacent or heteroflexible because I'm not interested in pursuing sexual relationships with women. Thankfully the queer communities I have been part of have been more interested in welcoming rather than gatekeeping, because I think even my most heterosexual relationships have been improved by thinking about them in queerer ways.
